So, I have begun my three month Change Something experience. So far it has been very interesting. I went into the program with an open mind and a willingness to try anything once.
So far I have met with my personal trainer, Karleigh Venneman, once and my nutritionist, Linda Timme, once as well. Both told me I was doing something well but could really use some work on other areas.
I will now begin meeting with my personal trainer three days a week- soreness comes to mind- but Karleigh has told me she will tone me up and reduce my body fat and really, who wouldn't want that. But, I know it won't be easy.
Linda told me that I need to begin eating more fruits and vegetables, get more calcium in my diet and EAT BREAKFAST! So, I have now stacked up on apples, bananas, yogurt and a big gallon of 1% milk. Let the fun begin!
So, keep tuning in. I will be writing about once a week. And I will try to share a thing or two that I have learned along the way.
