Mean People Suck!  Several years ago a friend of mine (Vickie) worked in a store and most times she was the only one there, well, anyway on the restroom wall she had a poster.  This was a big colorful poster and all it said was Mean People Suck.   That poster comes to mind quit often it seems,  it's either my luck or my misfortune but I seem to run into alot of Mean people and yes.. they suck.   I run into mean people at work, shopping, eating out and driving down the hi-way.    What ever happened to the Golden Rule?   Does anybody even remember it?   People at work,  hey,  so what if you are having a bad day, or your other evil self is out today, whatever it is .... leave it at home!  Just because you are having a bad day doesn't mean you have the right to be mean and hateful.   Shopping, if you don't wanna be there,  don't go.  Eating out, whew, that's a real peeve..these mean people come in the form of people with kids,  it is very disruptive and mean of these people who allow their children to scream, cry, throw food, run up and down and in between tables.  It's very mean to other diners, and the people who have to clean up after them.  Mean, Mean, Mean!!!!  I understand road rage!!!  Drivers are the worst,  they fail to dim their lights, tailgate, pass when they shouldn't, cut in front, etc, etc, etc.  If you have to pass in no passing zones, cut in too close because there's another car  coming... then you should have left earlier.  Putting my life in danger is just plain ole' mean.   What was Rodney Dangerfields line... Respect, I get no Respect.  Well, maybe there should be more respect,  AH.... the Golden Rule,  Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.   I don't think it's too difficult,  so why don't more people practice it.....  maybe it should be taught in our schools, then when the little sweethearts are adults they will have learned it.  Because if we wait for the mean people to teach it to their kids, it won't happen, so the cyle of mean people just keeps on growing from generation to generation.   I don't have the answers... but I do know that Mean People Suck !!!!
