well i was wondering if they are ever going to place a stop and go lite at the corner of 23rd and joplin where there is all the time cars hitting each other at the coner  one day ther was a that got hit ready bad and a motor clcyer was threw off the bike and was badly hurt .i think they should at least try to put a lite in for the drivers to be control of the other persons coming off 23 rd street

and also there is a speed limit of 30 mgh on 23 rd street wher there is a lot of driver flyes down the street .and also i wish the pittburg would please watch the street more for the loud pipes on cars all in the nite houres .people like to sleep at 11;00 pm and have to go to work on the following day but the trucks and the cars wake them up as they rush down the street with  the foot on the gas hard ,,,
