I'm glad I can finally say congratulations to Shane and LeAnna Collins for being granted a Conditional Use Permit for their home daycare.  After months of ill found opposition from the neighborhood near their home, the Collins' will now be able to continue to provide excellent childcare to the Pittsburg Community.  Thank You!
