i am here to complain about the way our YMCA looks. we walk in to a mess, i feel i give them enough money that i shouldn't have to walk around buckets in the floor from a leaking roof. i mean really do they not have enough money to fix this problem??

At least for 1 day.  An AMTRACK passenger train passed thru Pittsburg this morning, heading north toward KC.  Why and what for are unknown to me.  ????

I have often complained that our two party democratic system is like having a choice between flip sides of the same coin. So far there has been nothing in our current pick and choose that would cause me to reconsider that statement. Honest to goodness political reformers like Ross Perot and Ron Paul get lost on the media shuffle and there doesn't seem to be a coin edge's difference between the good old Republican and Democratic two party candidates on most issues to make either significantly better or worse.

Last October, we launched a blog dedicated to the defense of Congresswoman Nancy Boyda (D-KS) from the warrantless attacks being hurled at her from the Radical Right- with it understand that we'd take time to thump her Republican challengers whenever we got the chance.
